RAZOR DOBBS WINS BEST ON AIR TALENT

 

KERRVILLE, TX- Razor Dobbs, host of the RAZOR DOBBS ALIVE television series, has been awarded “Best On Air Talent” in the 2011 Outdoors 360 Programming Excellence Awards Airing on VERSUS, now part of the NBC Sports Group.

 

“We are all very honored to receive this award,” says Razor.  “For myself and the crew, that put so much detailed work into every episode, it’s a great compliment and even more fuel for us to keep pushing the show further.”

 

Razor gives his production team most of the credit for the award. “There is no doubt the BladeVision crew we have, which is very small, is the backbone of our show.  The hours we work, with the amount of detail and discipline we demand, can be grueling and is not for everyone. The passion we share for hunting and television is what keeps us willing to stay later, sweat more, on less sleep in order to produce a great episode.”

 

RAZOR DOBBS ALIVE has been recognized as one of the most entertaining hunting series on television.  Razor, who writes and edits the RAZOR DOBBS ALIVE series, has a specific goal with every episode, which is to “produce each episode based on the highest entertainment level and to inspire people to get out and hunt and shoot.”

The second season of RAZOR DOBBS ALIVE begins in July on VERSUS -Thursday’s at 1 PM (EST) and on PURSUIT CHANNEL Friday at 10:30 PM (EST), Saturday at 2:30 PM and Tuesday at 1 PM.
